If you glance at the index page and sidebar, you'll notice that the Featured Member is no longer a random site. Instead, I will select a member each month from your nominations to be featured. You can nominate members by going to Cpanel › Suggest Featured Member (you must be logged in). Please congratulate our first featured member, Versteckt :)

In order to boost membership, I've decided to host a Summer Referral Contest at Perfection :) One winner with the most referrals to Perfection will receive $10 from Bubs' pocket. A runner-up will receive $5. Referred sites do not have to be accepted in order to receive credit for the referral. The contest will end on August 31, 2007, so grab your URL from the Member's Area ASAP!

I'm impulsive, so I decided to go ahead and make the forum 'live' (i.e. link it in the header).

Be sure to report any problems that you encounter because I guarantee it isn't flawless.

I've added an option for sorting to the sidebar of the gallery. Sorting by highest/lowest rating will be enabled once I figure out the query (Thanks David :)

Also, the forum is D-E-A-D... what would encourage you to post? I'd like to hear suggestions.

Members - don't forget that you can use the 'Submit News' feature in the Cpanel to announce updates to your site :) (It's currently undergoing maintenance -- I'm trying to install bbcode)

And lastly, members can request their reviews by emailing me. If you were not accepted to Perfection (as of Sunday, April 15) you can also view your reviews.

Until I have a system in place, just email me and I'll send you your reviews. Please include your user id in the email :)

Star members, however, do not have reviews. To check whether or not you are a star member, look at your profile.

Don't forget about the Forum :D

So, I installed PunBB and Vanilla, but I just don't want to take the time to integrate the scripts into the website, so I started work on my forum script again... and it's coming along nicely! (Wow, that was definitely a run-on sentence :P)

Anyways, since I've been promising this to you guys for ages now, I'm going to work hard to get it up by Monday. If I don't meet this deadline, I give everyone permission to email me mean messages :D

On another note, thank y'all so much for blogging about Perfection. Be sure to keep it up! Have a nice Bubs' birthday (hehehe)

Edit: Writing my own script is just too much for me right now. I've decided to go with Vanilla for the forum :)
